The hotel offers spacious, quiet, and clean rooms that are very comfortable for three adults and provide a good view. The service is friendly and welcoming, with an overwhelming level of care. The location is convenient with a variety of dining and shopping options nearby, but not the best for sightseeing. The dining experience is delicious, albeit a bit crowded at times, and the facilities are top-notch.
The hotel location is perfect, and the food is excellent. The rooms were lovely, clean, and well-decorated, but had a bad smell in the blanket and pillow, indicating poor cleanliness. The pool area was crowded, and the Filipino staff were not helpful. The hotel was not quiet, making it difficult to sleep.
I found the hotel to be in a superb location, near malls and restaurants, and close to Al Rigga Station for easy transportation access. The rooms, however, were a bit disappointing as they seemed jaded and outdated, especially being on a floor where smoking rooms are allowed.
